TriStar International is a privately held enterprise that invests in, builds, and operates ventures at the intersection of applied artificial intelligence, human-centered design, and long-term strategic value.

Headquartered in the United States with an international outlook, the firm was founded on the conviction that the most valuable companies of the coming decade will combine rigorous strategy with human-centered understanding, trust, and design discipline.

We are focused by design. We move deliberately. We measure ourselves in decades, not quarters.

Invest

We commit long-term capital to ventures that combine technical ambition with ethical execution. Our holdings are concentrated, and our timelines are patient.

Build

We originate ventures internally when we see an unmet human or market need that our existing portfolio does not yet address. EmoCare AI and Sanctuary are both internally originated ventures.

— Three —

Operate

We retain operating involvement through governance, strategy, and selective operating partnership rather than treating ventures as portfolio line items. We are owners, not allocators.

Our Approach

Four principles
that guide how we build.

Patient capital

We measure success in decades. We do not build around quarterly optics, and we do not optimize for short-term valuations.

Concentrated ownership

We build and hold selectively. Each venture receives deep attention. We would rather be deeply right about one company than directionally right about twenty.

Human-centered technology

We invest in and build technology that serves people — not technology that extracts attention, erodes trust, or treats human beings as instruments. This is a strategic conviction, not a marketing position.
